As a Division I gymnast, Crane learned the value of persistence, focus and continuous improvement. After completing her athletic career, she pursued a master’s degree in social work and specialized in trauma and cognitive behavioral therapy.

That combination of athletic discipline and psychological insight would later shape her approach to leadership.

When Crane entered real estate, she quickly proved that mindset can be as powerful as market knowledge. Within her first six months, she generated more than six figures in sales and tripled her income.

Building Elevate Maine Realty

Crane’s early success led her to think beyond personal performance. She wanted to create a company where agents could grow both professionally and personally.

That vision led to the creation of Elevate Maine Realty, a brokerage designed to support ambitious agents while helping them build fulfilling careers.

The results were immediate. In just twenty four  months, the company reached one million dollars in profit, a milestone that positioned Crane as both a business leader and mentor within the industry.

Today, she spends much of her time coaching agents, helping them refine their strategies while maintaining a balanced and purpose driven approach to success.

The Fulfillment Formula

In January 2025, Crane expanded her platform with the release of her bestselling book The Fulfillment Formula. The book reflects her belief that professional success should align with personal growth rather than replace it.

Her framework encourages high achievers to redefine success by combining financial performance with emotional well being and purpose.

Crane now shares these principles through speaking engagements and training programs aimed at helping professionals accelerate their sales careers.

Her sessions focus on practical strategies for building momentum in the early stages of a sales career, particularly for those aiming to reach six figure earnings within their first six months.

A Mission to Empower High Achievers

Crane believes many professionals reach a point where traditional approaches stop working. When that happens, growth requires a new mindset.
